What are the shipping methods

The shipping methods utilized by UpFront Trading are based on zone rates and are as follows:

  • UPS Ground
  • UPS 3 Day Select
  • UPS 2nd Day Air
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver
  • UPS Next Day Air Early A.M.
  • UPS Next Day Air

Please enter alternative shipping requirements in the Contact Us form for Air and Ocean freight.

The default shipping method used in the USA is UPS Ground. When Free Shipping is offered in the USA the default shipping method is used.

When are orders shipped?

Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days in the continental USA,the exception being for holidays which may require at most 1-2 additional days. International orders requiring freight forwarding services will take a bit longer in order to finalize shipping and payment arrangements.

Do you ship internationally?

UpFront Trading will ship products internationally. A minimum order of US$1000 is required for international orders.

Is there a restocking fee for returns?

Yes. The restocking fee for returns is set at 15%.

Who pays the shipping fees for returns?

The customer is responsible for all freight charges on all returns except where there is a manufacturer defect.

Is a return authorization number required for returns?

Yes. Please request a return authorization number at info@upfronttrading.com before shipping any returns.

Will UpFront Trading replace any product with a manufacturer defect?

We will replace all defective products received by our valued customers at no cost to them, but we will not be held liable for damages caused by the freight carrier.

The shipping terms used for International Trade are as follows:

  • EXW: ExWorks (national)
  • FCA: Free Carrier
  • FAS: Free Alongside Ship
  • FOB: Free on Board
  • CFR: Cost and Freight
  • CIF: Cost, Insurance, Freight
  • CPT: Carriage Paid to
  • CIP: Carriage and Insurance Paid to
  • DAT: Delivered at Terminal
  • DAP: Delivered at Place
  • DDP: Delivered Duty Paid
